What is the CCIP?

The Chamber of Cosmetics Industry of the Philippines is an organization that brings together various players in the cosmetics industry, from manufacturers and distributors of cosmetics products to suppliers of raw ingredients and packaging materials in a collective and continuing effort to strengthen and uplift the industry. The Chamber exists to protect and strengthen the cosmetics industry.

Who can apply as members of the CCIP?

Any duly registered entity that is engaged in the manufacture or distribution of cosmetics products, their raw ingredients or packaging materials may apply for membership with the CCIP.

Is the CCIP membership limited to manufacturers and distributors of cosmetics products?

No, membership in the CCIP is not limited to manufacturers and distributors of cosmetics products. Persons or entities that manufacture or supply raw ingredients for cosmetic products or packaging materials are welcome to join the Chamber.

How does one apply for membership in the CCIP?

Any person or entity interested to join the CCIP may contact the secretariat through email or by telephone.

What is the Vision of CCIP?

The Vision of the CCIP is expressed in this manner: “As the trusted voice and unifying force of the cosmetics industry for the enhancement of the quality of life, hence, through our cooperation, we shall propel the Philippine Cosmetics Industry to become the pivotal force in the country’s economic growth and development.”

What is the Mission of CCIP?

The Mission of CCIP is as follows: “CCIP will distinguish itself as a strong and solid union of consumer-oriented, globally competitive and socially responsible cosmetics companies.”

What is the present Campaign of CCIP?

Being the guardian of the cosmetics industry, the Chamber of Cosmetics Industry of the Philippines (CCIP) plays a pivotal role in strengthening and uplifting the industry.

As such, it takes on the challenge of continuously disseminating relevant knowledge to its membership so it can achieve its Vision of unifying its members in working towards an improved quality of life and making the industry a major contributor in Philippine economy.

This is clearly manifested through its campaign "Champion the Cause through Involvement and Productivity. In this information era where we face drastic changes, learning has become a stern necessity. A company’s success depends highly on the continuous flow of knowledge and information that necessitates everybody in that organization to get involved and participate in the problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Therefore, involvement of each and every member of CCIP and the continuous sharing of information are essential factors towards productivity. These will further strengthen the Chamber’s role as the country’s representative in the global arena. Altogether, we can achieve breakthroughs through peak learning.
